Delivery Policy

At CatchyBooth and CatchyBooth Workstation, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and with the highest quality standards.
This Delivery Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, digital file delivery, and order tracking.


1. Delivery Areas

We offer delivery to:

  • All cities within Egypt
  • Local delivery inside the same city (additional fees may apply)
  • Pick-up from our store or workshop (free)

For international orders, please contact us directly.


2. Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of product:

Custom Products (Laser / Sublimation / Printed Items)

  • Production time: 1–5 business days depending on the quantity and complexity
  • Orders begin production after artwork approval and payment

Ready-Made Products

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.


3. Shipping Time

Once your order is completed:

  • Local deliveries inside the same city: 1–2 days
  • Nationwide delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the courier company.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on:

  • Your location
  • Package weight and size
  • Courier partner rates

Fees are displayed before checkout or provided when placing an order manually.


5. Digital Delivery (Photos & Videos)

For photobooth and 360 videobooth services:

  • Digital copies of photos and videos are delivered within 24–72 hours from the time you request the soft copies.
  • Files may be delivered via:
    • Google Drive link
    • Private gallery
    • Email or WhatsApp (compressed)
  • Digital files are stored for a limited period (usually 30–90 days)

After this period, files may be permanently deleted.


6. Missed / Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you:

  • They will attempt delivery again
  • If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be returned
  • A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.


7. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos or video proof
  • We will inspect the issue and offer:
    • Replacement
    • Repair
    • Partial or full refund (in special cases)

If your package is lost by the courier, we will replace the order at no additional charge.


8. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to follow the shipment status
  • Courier contact info (if needed)

If you do not receive tracking details, contact us.


9. Pick-Up Orders

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our store or workshop.
Pick-up times must be arranged in advance.
